SimsForHire is a Miami-based racing simulator rental company. Full-motion racing simulators are $2,750 per rig per day, with a $2,000 event minimum. Volume discounts: 5% off 2–3 rigs, 10% off 4–5, 15% off 6–7, 20% off 8–9, 25% off 10+. Non-motion rigs sit on a fixed frame; full-motion rigs sit on a Sigma Integrale 2DOF/3DOF platform that physically moves the cockpit to simulate g-forces, weight transfer, and curb impacts. We deliver across South Florida — Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and the Keys. Delivery is free within 50 miles of Miami; farther away (West Palm Beach, the Keys, Naples, Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville) we quote the delivery fee. Browse our full city list.

Every rental includes delivery within 50 miles of Miami, full setup and calibration, an on-site technician for the duration of the event, and teardown. Up to 4 rigs include on-site staff; from the 5th rig, staffing and management is $1,500 per day for every 3 additional rigs. Liability insurance is added to every rental — prices are plus tax and insurance. You also get full access to our fleet of 618 cars and 153 laser-scanned tracks. Zero work required on your end.

We routinely deploy 1–8 full-motion rigs for a single event and can run up to 10 full-motion rigs at once. Our largest single deployment was 8 simulators at Hard Rock Miami for 1,000+ guests. Volume discounts: 5% off 2–3 rigs, 10% off 4–5, 15% off 6–7, 20% off 8–9, 25% off 10+.

Yes. SimsForHire is fully insured in the United States. Liability insurance is added to every rental (prices are plus tax and insurance), and we can provide a certificate of insurance (COI) for your venue on request.

Our minimum lead time is 24 hours. For events with 10+ rigs or custom branding (wraps, leaderboards), we recommend 2–4 weeks so we can produce custom assets and coordinate logistics. Peak season (October–April, plus Miami GP and Art Basel weekends) books out fastest — earlier is always better.

Yes. We offer custom vinyl wraps on the rig enclosures, branded leaderboard displays, in-sim logo placement, and uniformed staff. Custom branding starts at $500, plus tax and insurance, and is quoted by scope. Common use cases include brand activations, trade shows, and dealership events.
