How much space do racing simulators need for a private party?

Each full-motion racing simulator requires roughly 8 by 6 feet of floor space. For a typical party with 2 to 4 rigs, you will need an area of about 200 to 400 square feet. We can set up indoors (garage, living room, event hall) or outdoors under a covered area. Our team visits your venue beforehand to confirm everything fits perfectly.
How far in advance should I book simulators for my party?

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance for private parties, especially during peak season (October through April) and weekends. For last-minute requests, call us directly at (754) 228-5654 — we can often accommodate bookings with as little as 48 hours notice depending on availability.
Are racing simulators safe for kids and older guests?

Absolutely. Our simulators are suitable for guests ages 5 and up. The seat, pedals, and steering wheel adjust to fit different body sizes, and our trained operator is on-site the entire time to assist every rider. The motion platform is smooth and controlled — thrilling but never jarring. We have hosted birthday parties for 8-year-olds and events with grandparents competing side by side.
What is included in the rental price?

Every private party package includes delivery, full setup, a dedicated on-site operator for the entire event, a live leaderboard displayed on a screen, teardown, and pickup. You do not need to provide anything except a standard power outlet and the space. We bring everything — rigs, screens, seats, cables, and even a folding table for the leaderboard display.
Can I customize the experience for my party theme?

Yes. We can set up custom leaderboard graphics with the guest of honor's name, match lighting to your party colors, and even create a themed playlist. For corporate-sponsored parties, we can add branded overlays to the screens. Let us know your theme when booking and we will make it happen.

We deliver throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties at no extra charge. That covers Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Wynwood, Brickell, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Aventura, Doral, Homestead, and everywhere in between. For events outside this area, contact us for a custom delivery quote.
