Yes. Every corporate event rental includes professional operators who handle guest onboarding, safety briefings, session management, and live leaderboard operation. Your team does not need to manage any of the equipment.
How far in advance should we book a corporate simulator event?
We recommend booking at least 2 to 4 weeks in advance for corporate events to secure your preferred date and simulator count. For large-scale events or peak season dates like Art Basel and holiday season, 4 to 6 weeks is ideal.
Can the simulators be branded with our company logo?
Absolutely. We offer custom branding options including company logos on the simulator screens, branded leaderboard displays, and custom wrap graphics on the rigs. Branding details are finalized during the planning process.

Non-motion rigs start at $1,750 per rig and full-motion rigs at $2,750 per rig, with a $3,000 minimum event price.
