Is racing simulator delivery free to my city in South Florida?
Delivery is free to any venue within 50 miles of Miami; for cities farther away, such as the Florida Keys, Naples, Orlando or Tampa, we quote the delivery fee before you book. Our crew delivers, sets up, staffs and tears down every rig, and you can book with as little as 24 hours of notice. Full-motion rigs cost $2,750 per rig per day, all plus tax and insurance.

Do you serve cities outside Miami? +
Yes. Delivery is free within 50 miles of Miami, which covers Miami-Dade and Broward, including Fort Lauderdale, and Boca Raton. For West Palm Beach, the Keys, Naples, Tampa, Orlando and farther, we quote a delivery fee in addition to the standard per-rig rate.
Are delivery fees charged by distance? +
Delivery is free within 50 miles of Miami. Beyond 50 miles, we quote transportation as a fixed line item based on mileage, fuel, and overnight crew expenses. Naples (about 120 miles), Orlando and anything farther is quoted case by case.
Do you travel nationally for events? +
Yes. We've shipped simulators to Las Vegas, Austin, Indianapolis, and dealership openings across the US. National jobs typically require 2–4 weeks of lead time so we can coordinate transport, on-site crew, and insurance certificates for the destination state.
Can you do expedited or same-week setup? +
Yes. Our minimum lead time is 24 hours for any event within 50 miles of Miami. We've turned around brand activations in as little as 24 hours when a rig is available. Same-week setup is routine — just call (754) 228-5654 and we'll confirm fleet availability.
Do you cover the Keys, Naples, Orlando, and Tampa? +
Yes. The Keys, Naples, Orlando and Tampa are all more than 50 miles from Miami, so we quote the delivery fee for each event before you book.
Do you deliver internationally? +
Yes, for large activations. We've quoted Bahamas, Caribbean, and Mexico jobs — though international shipments require 4–6 weeks of lead time for customs paperwork, transport, and local insurance. Email hello@simsforhire.com with the destination and event date for a custom quote.
How do I know if my venue is suitable for a sim rig? +
Each rig needs roughly an 8'×6' footprint and standard 120V power. Full-motion rigs are 6.5' tall, so check ceiling clearance. We do free venue assessments via photo or in-person walkthrough for events of 4+ rigs. Hotel ballrooms, dealership showrooms, office lobbies, and tented outdoor spaces all work well.
