What Affects the Final Price of a Racing Simulator Rental?
Number of Rigs
The volume discount starts at 2 rigs and steps up every 2 rigs, to 25% off at 10+ rigs. It applies automatically to the rig subtotal.
Event Duration (Single Day vs. Multi-Day)
Day 1 is billed at the standard daily rate. Day 2 onward is discounted because setup and teardown are amortized. Request a custom quote for events of 2 or more days.
Delivery Distance from Miami
Delivery is included within 50 miles of Miami (covering Miami-Dade, Broward and south Palm Beach County). Locations beyond 50 miles are quoted with a transportation surcharge.
On-Site Staffing and Tournament Production
Up to 4 rigs include on-site staff; from the 5th rig, staffing and management is $1,500 per day for every 3 additional rigs. Tournament hosts, live leaderboard production, and MCs are quoted separately for branded competitions.
Custom Branding and Wraps
Custom vinyl wraps, branded shrouds, in-sim livery design, and leaderboard branding are quoted by scope, starting at $500, plus tax and insurance.
