RACING SIMULATOR BIRTHDAY PARTY

Non-motion rigs are $1,750 per event, full-motion $2,750, with a $3,000 minimum. All-inclusive of delivery, setup, on-site operator, leaderboard, insurance, and teardown. Most birthday parties book 1-2 rigs; smaller parties hit the $3,000 minimum, larger parties scale with rig count.

Ages 5 and up. Younger kids (5-10) need a pedal-reach extender (we provide it). Teens and adults can drive normally. Older guests (60+) are some of our most engaged — sim racing is age-agnostic. SimsForHire has hosted parties from kids' 8th birthdays to milestone 70th birthdays.

Standard rental is 3-4 hours of active racing — that's enough to handle 30-60 guests cycling through on a single rig with 2-3 minute sessions. Setup and teardown happen outside your party window. For larger parties (60+ guests), book 4-6 hours or 2 rigs.

Absolutely — Sweet 16s and bar/bat mitzvahs are some of our most common bookings. Birthday teens love the head-to-head competition format. We can add tournament brackets with prizes, set up custom leaderboard graphics with the guest of honor's name, and coordinate with your DJ for race-time announcements.

Just a flat surface (indoor or covered outdoor) — about 5×7 ft per non-motion rig or 7×7 ft per full-motion — and one standard 120V outlet within reach (20A dedicated for full-motion). We bring the rig, screens, seat, leaderboard, operator, insurance, and cabling. No special wiring or permits.

Yes — home birthday parties are our biggest single category. We deliver to homes throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach counties at no extra charge. Common setups: living room (1 rig), garage (1-2 rigs), backyard with cover (2-4 rigs). Our operator handles everything from arrival to departure.

One rig comfortably handles 12-15 kids per hour at 3-minute sessions, or about 30-50 kids over a 3-4 hour party with breaks. For parties with 30+ kids who all want repeat sessions, book 2 rigs to keep wait times under 5 minutes.

We can. Standard format runs a leaderboard with the birthday person taking the 'host' position. For competitive formats, we'll add bracket tournaments with simple prizes (gift cards, swag) coordinated with the parents. Custom trophies for milestone birthdays are quoted separately.

Yes. We can set up custom leaderboard graphics with the birthday person's name and age, choose specific cars they're a fan of (Ferrari, Lambo, F1 cars), select tracks they recognize (their favorite city, classic circuits), and add custom welcome screens. Branded themes add minor cost; ask about specifics.

Yes — adult birthdays are 40% of our private party bookings. Common formats: milestone birthdays (30th, 40th, 50th) with bracket tournaments and prizes; F1 viewing parties tied to race weekends; backyard parties with 1-2 rigs and lawn games. Mix with food, drinks, and music for a complete event.
