Getting It Right
Turn a racing simulator into a branded experience — custom liveries, wrapped cockpits, branded leaderboards, and photo opportunities that amplify your brand. Planning well means your guests have an incredible time and your event runs smoothly from start to finish.
The Essentials
Every successful simulator event comes down to three things: the right venue, the right format, and the right team running it. SimsForHire handles the third part entirely — from delivery to setup to operation to teardown. Your job is choosing the venue and deciding how you want the competition to run.
Venue Considerations
We deliver to 120+ event venues and 150+ hotels across South Florida. Key requirements:
- 10×10 feet per simulator (12×12 preferred for comfortable spectator space)
- Standard 15-20 amp electrical outlet per rig
- Standard ceiling height (8ft minimum)
- Flat, level floor surface
- Climate control recommended (air conditioning for indoor events)
Competition Formats
Choose the format that matches your event type:
- Open sessions: Guests jump in whenever they want — casual, low-pressure, good for mingling events
- Time trial: Everyone gets the same car and track — the leaderboard crowns the winner. Best for competitive groups.
- Team relay: Teams of 3-4 take turns, combined times determine the winner. Perfect for corporate team-building.
- Bracket tournament: Head-to-head elimination rounds. Creates drama and a clear champion. Great for smaller groups.
