Yes, you can run a racing simulator event in Brickell: in an office, a condo amenity room, a hotel ballroom or a rooftop, as long as the building can get the rigs to your floor and give you a level spot near power. Brickell City Centre is about 3.3 miles by road from our Miami showroom, well inside our free 50-mile delivery zone, and we deliver, set up, staff and tear down.
Why simulators fit Brickell
Brickell is Miami's financial district, a neighborhood of high-rise office and residential towers. That shapes the events: client nights for banks and law firms, team socials in a company's own space, and resident events in condo amenity rooms. A simulator gives guests something to do besides stand at a bar, and a live leaderboard gives a room full of competitive professionals a reason to stay.
Venues and ideas
- Corporate offices: a break room or reception area for a quarter-end celebration or a client open house. See corporate events.
- Condo amenity rooms: resident socials, game nights and birthday parties. See private parties.
- Rooftops and pool decks: great views, but plan shade and a rain backup; simulators are electronics and screens wash out in direct sun.
- Hotel ballrooms and meeting rooms: conference receptions and incentive trips.
- Formula 1 race week: the 2027 Miami Grand Prix is April 30 to May 2, and a sim night is an easy way to entertain clients who couldn't get race tickets.
The high-rise checklist
Most Brickell setups are decided by the building, not the room. Before you book, ask building management:
- Can we reserve the freight elevator, and what are its door and cab dimensions?
- When is the loading dock available for move-in and move-out?
- What does the building require on a certificate of insurance? We are fully insured in the United States and send certificates on request.
- Where is the nearest power, and is the floor level?
- Are there quiet hours or noise limits for residents?
Keep corridors and exits clear of rigs, cables and queues. Florida's fire code includes NFPA 101, the Life Safety Code, and the local fire official has the final word on occupancy and egress. We confirm space and power needs for your exact setup when we quote.
Formats that work in a tower
- Hot-lap leaderboard: one fastest lap each, best time wins. Simple, and it moves people through quickly.
- Head-to-head heats: two or more rigs side by side, with a bracket ending in a final.
- Team relay: departments or client teams share one car and swap drivers.
