What industries do you serve with racing simulator rentals?
We serve every industry. Our most popular verticals include tech companies, finance and banking, law firms, real estate, healthcare, automotive, insurance, consulting, media and entertainment, hospitality, retail, energy, construction, education, and nonprofit organizations.
How much does it cost to rent racing simulators for a corporate event?
Non-motion rigs start at $1,750 per rig and full-motion rigs at $2,750 per rig, with a $3,000 minimum event price. Up to 4 simulators: the flat per-rig rate includes everything. For 5+ simulators, additional staffing costs apply. Book 10+ and get 1 free.
Do you offer both rental and purchase options?
Yes. Most organizations start with a rental. For permanent installations in offices or client lounges, we offer purchase and lease options with installation, calibration, software licensing, and ongoing maintenance.
Where do you operate?
We are based in Miami and serve all of South Florida, including Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. For events outside South Florida, contact us to discuss logistics.
