RACING SIMS
FOR ENERGY

Energy companies operate in demanding environments where team cohesion and morale are essential. Racing simulators provide a high-energy team-building experience that works equally well for field teams, corporate offices, and cross-functional groups. The competitive format resonates with the performance-driven culture of the energy sector, while the physical, immersive experience offers a welcome break from technical work environments.

Why It Works

WHY ENERGY TEAMS LOVE IT

01

Instant Engagement

Racing simulators require zero explanation. Guests sit down, grab the wheel, and immediately understand the experience. There is no learning curve, no awkward icebreaker, and no standing around. For energy teams and clients, that means maximum engagement from the first minute.

02

Universal Appeal

Whether your guests are motorsport enthusiasts or have never touched a steering wheel, the experience is equally compelling. The full-motion platform, triple screens, and live leaderboard create an immersive environment that transcends age, gender, and background.

03

Competitive Energy

The live leaderboard system turns every session into a friendly competition. Departments challenge each other, clients race against your team, and everyone pushes for a better lap time. That competitive energy creates natural conversation, bonding, and memories.

04

Premium Presentation

Our full-motion racing rigs are professional-grade equipment, not gaming chairs with screens. The visual impact of hydraulic motion platforms, direct-drive steering, and panoramic displays signals that your organization invests in quality experiences.

05

Custom Branding

Every element of the simulator experience can be branded with your company identity. Logos on screens, branded leaderboards, custom wrap graphics on the rigs. The experience becomes an extension of your brand, not a generic rental.

Options

RENT OR BUY

Most energy organizations start with a rental for a single event. Our all-inclusive rental packages cover delivery, setup, professional operators, a live leaderboard system, and complete teardown. Non-motion rigs start at $1,750 per rig and full-motion rigs at $2,750 per rig, with a $3,000 minimum event price.

For organizations that want simulators as a permanent fixture, whether in a client lounge, office recreation area, or training facility, we also offer purchase and lease options. Our team handles installation, calibration, software licensing, and ongoing maintenance so your investment performs at its best from day one.

FAQ

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do racing simulators work for energy events?

We deliver professional full-motion racing simulators directly to your venue. Our team handles setup, calibration, and operation for the entire event. Guests rotate through sessions on the simulators while a live leaderboard tracks lap times and rankings. The experience is fully managed by our professional operators, so your team can focus on hosting.

How many people can experience the simulators at an event?

Each simulator can cycle approximately 15 to 20 guests per hour. With 2 to 4 rigs, you can comfortably accommodate groups of 50 to 200 guests during a typical 3 to 4 hour event. For larger groups, we scale up to 10 simulators.

What space and power requirements do you need?

Each full-motion simulator requires approximately 8 by 10 feet of floor space. Standard 110V power outlets are sufficient. We conduct a free site assessment before every event to plan the optimal layout for your venue.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend 2 to 4 weeks for standard events and 4 to 6 weeks for large-scale activations or peak season dates. Contact us as early as possible to secure your preferred date and simulator count.

Can you set up at any venue?

Yes. We have delivered simulators to hotel ballrooms, office lobbies, conference centers, outdoor tents, rooftop venues, and private residences across Miami and South Florida. If your venue has floor space and power, we can make it work.

What does pricing look like?

Non-motion rigs start at $1,750 per rig and full-motion rigs at $2,750 per rig, with a $3,000 minimum event price. The flat per-rig rate includes delivery, setup, operators, insurance, leaderboard, and teardown. Volume discounts are available for 5 or more simulators, and booking 10 or more earns you 1 simulator free.
