A Miami Grand Prix watch party with racing simulators pairs the live broadcast with rigs where guests race between sessions, and a leaderboard that builds toward lights out. The 2027 race weekend at Miami International Autodrome runs April 30 to May 2. We can book with as little as 24 hours of notice, but the race has sold out each of its first five editions, so expect a busy week in Miami and book early.
Race weekend facts for planners
- Dates: Friday, April 30 to Sunday, May 2, 2027, the sixth Grand Prix at the circuit.
- The circuit: a 5.41 km temporary track on the Hard Rock Stadium campus in Miami Gardens. The straight into Turn 18 is F1's second-fastest, and the organizers point to it for overtaking.
- Getting there: Brightline connects downtown Miami, Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach to Aventura Station, with free official shuttles to the circuit. Useful if your party is a pre-race or post-race event.
Can guests drive the Miami circuit?
The Miami International Autodrome appears in EA's official F1 game; the F1 25 edition lists Miami among its laser-scanned tracks. Ask us which titles and tracks will be loaded on the rigs for your date, and we'll set the leaderboard to match.
How to run the party
- Build the schedule around the sessions. Open the rigs during practice and before qualifying, run a hot-lap challenge in the hours before the race, then pause the rigs for the start so nobody misses it.
- Put the rigs where people can watch. Guests in the queue should see both the broadcast and the drivers on the rigs.
- Make the leaderboard the second screen. Post the times next to the TV and crown a winner after the checkered flag.
- Pick prizes that fit F1: team merchandise, a trophy, or tickets for next year.
- Staff the rigs. Our crew runs every session, resets the cars and keeps the queue moving.
Our F1 track record
We ran a Hard Rock Miami activation at Miami International Autodrome with eight rigs (six full-motion and two non-motion) for 1,000+ guests in one day, and we brought rigs to the largest F1 fan fest in Miami. See the race-week case study and our F1 Miami page.
What it costs
Full-motion rigs are $2,750 per rig, per day, with a $2,000 event minimum, all plus tax and insurance. A four-rig full-motion setup, for example, is $11,000 before the 10% volume discount, or $9,900 after it, plus tax and insurance, with staffing included. Delivery is free within 50 miles of Miami; farther than that, we quote the delivery fee on request.
