A racing simulator in a Miami hotel lobby works best as a time-boxed activation tied to a moment, such as Formula 1 race week, Miami Art Week, a conference or a holiday weekend, rather than as permanent decor. SimsForHire rents rigs by the day with delivery, setup, staff and teardown included, so a hotel can run one for a single evening or a whole event weekend. For a permanent installation, we also sell and lease simulators.

When a lobby activation makes sense

Where in the hotel

The lobby gets attention, but it is not the only option. A ballroom foyer suits conference groups, a pool deck suits an afternoon event (with shade and a rain plan), and a meeting room suits a private group program. Wherever it goes, the rig needs a level surface, nearby power and a route from the service entrance; we confirm the exact requirements when we quote.

Who pays for it

There are three ways to fund it: as a guest amenity for a busy weekend, through a sponsor who brands the rig (custom branding from $500, plus tax and insurance), or as part of a group client's event package. See brand activations and corporate events.

Pricing

Full-motion rigs are $2,750 per rig, per day, with a $2,000 event minimum, all plus tax and insurance. Staffing is included for up to four rigs. Delivery is free within 50 miles of Miami; farther than that, we quote the delivery fee on request. If you want a simulator on site all year, see buy and lease. Browse Miami-area properties in our hotel directory.
