Yes, you can rent racing simulators for an event in Palm Beach County, but distance changes the quote. Palm Beach Town Hall is about 68 miles by road from our Miami showroom, beyond our free 50-mile delivery zone, so we quote delivery on request. Rig pricing is the same as in Miami: $2,750 per full-motion rig, per day, plus tax and insurance.
Delivery logistics
Most of Palm Beach County sits outside the free zone. The Palm Beach County Convention Center in West Palm Beach, for example, is about 67 miles by road. When you ask for a quote, send the address, the setup time you want and how long the event runs; that is what we price delivery from. We can book with as little as 24 hours of notice, but for a long-distance setup, more notice gives you more choice of rigs and times.
Permits
In the Town of Palm Beach, an event with guests and any setup on public property needs a special event permit from the Town Clerk's Office. Events at a hotel, club or private home follow that venue's rules instead, so ask the venue or your HOA what they need. Other cities in the county set their own rules; check with the city where your event is.
Venues that suit simulators
- Palm Beach County Convention Center: a 100,000 sq ft exhibit hall and a 22,000 sq ft ballroom, connected to the 400-room Hilton West Palm Beach. Good for trade shows and conferences. See trade shows.
- The Breakers: the oceanfront resort founded in 1896 by Henry Flagler lists over 80,000 square feet of meeting space for events of 50 to 1,000 guests. Suited to galas, incentive trips and charity events.
- Private estates and country clubs: birthdays, member nights and charity tournaments. See private parties.
What makes Palm Beach events different
Palm Beach County has an active car-enthusiast scene. Cars & Coffee Palm Beach, for example, meets one Sunday a month at the Boca Raton Innovation Campus with hundreds of show vehicles. For that audience, a simulator works best with a competitive format: a hot-lap leaderboard with a prize, or a charity race where each entry is a donation.
