A South Beach nightclub or lounge can add racing simulators for a VIP night, a brand activation or a race-week party: guests race for a spot on the leaderboard while the DJ plays. The rigs need floor space away from the dance floor, a staffed queue and clear exits. The Miami Beach Convention Center area is about 6 miles by road from our Miami showroom, so delivery is free.
Why it fits South Beach
South Beach is built for nights out, from the Art Deco streets (the Miami Beach Architectural Historic District became, in 1979, the first urban 20th-century district on the National Register of Historic Places) to the big event weeks. Art Basel Miami Beach takes over the Miami Beach Convention Center December 4–6, 2026, and Formula 1 race week (April 30 to May 2, 2027) brings a motorsport crowd. A simulator gives a venue something guests can do, not just watch.
Formats for nightlife
- VIP table race-off: each table sends a driver; the fastest table wins a bottle or a reserved table for the next event.
- Sponsored leaderboard: a spirits, auto or tech brand wraps the rig and owns the leaderboard screen. Custom branding starts at $500, plus tax and insurance.
- Race-week party: rigs open before midnight, with the leaderboard reset each night.
- Art Week party: an artist-designed wrap turns the rig into part of the show.
Running simulators in a club
- Placement: away from the dance floor and the bar rush, on a level surface near power.
- Exits: keep rigs, cables and the queue out of exit paths. Florida's fire code includes NFPA 101, the Life Safety Code, and the local fire official enforces occupancy limits.
- Drinks off the rig: no cups on the cockpit; spills and electronics don't mix.
- Short sessions: keep laps short at night. Some people get seasickness-like symptoms in simulators, and a quick session keeps the line moving anyway.
- Staff: our crew runs every session and manages the queue.
Pricing and booking
Full-motion rigs are $2,750 per rig, per day, with a $2,000 event minimum, all plus tax and insurance. Staffing is included for up to four rigs.
